A deep clean is where we take the property back to the condition it was in when it was new. Every cupboard is emptied and wiped inside, appliances are cleaned inside and out, limescale is taken off the taps and shower screens, grout is scrubbed rather than rinsed, and the parts a weekly clean never reaches — skirting, door frames, extractor filters, window interiors and terrace door tracks — are done properly. Most owners book one before the season, after a long let, or before they move in.

Why Algarve properties need it
Hard water here leaves heavy limescale on taps, screens and tiles within months. Fine red dust blows in through terrace doors and settles on every ledge, and a villa closed up for the winter comes back with damp smells and mould spots in the bathrooms. A deep clean once or twice a year keeps all three under control, and it is far cheaper than replacing marked screens and fittings.
Post-renovation and post-construction cleaning
Builders finish and the property is still unusable: fine plaster and cement dust in every corner, paint spots on tiles and glass, silicone and adhesive residue, protective film and stickers on new units. We do a two-stage builders clean — bulk dust removal first, then a full detail clean once the air has settled — so the house is genuinely ready to hand over or move into. We can clear the leftover debris, packaging and offcuts on the same visit through our rubbish removal service, and if the outside needs it, the pressure washing team can wash the terrace and driveway down at the same time.
