Summer villa prep — FAQs
When should I book summer villa prep?
For guaranteed slots in the Golden Triangle (Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Almancil), book by early May. From late June, availability is limited to gaps between existing changeovers.
Can you do everything in one visit?
Yes — that is the whole point of our summer prep service. Pressure washing, soft washing, gutter clearing, waste removal and outdoor furniture cleaning are all completed in a single co-ordinated visit, usually within one working day.
Do I need to be at the villa?
No. We regularly work with absent owners in the UK, Ireland and beyond. Key-holders, concierge teams and property managers can grant access, and we send a full photo report on completion.
How much does a full summer prep cost?
