Moving to Portugal has two halves: the lorry that crosses Europe, and everything that happens once it pulls up outside. We are the second half. We are a family team based in Quarteira who meet the delivery, carry and place the furniture, clear whatever the previous owner left behind and take the packaging away. We speak Portuguese to the neighbours and the council, and English to you.

Your international lorry or container arrives and there is nobody on the ground to carry, lift and place. We meet the driver, unload, take everything to the right room and floor, and get the beds and big furniture assembled and standing where you want them.
A container of furniture leaves behind a mountain of cardboard, bubble wrap, pallets and crates that will not fit in a Portuguese street bin. We take it all away the same week and recycle what can be recycled.
Most Algarve properties change hands with tired sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, garden furniture and half a garage of junk still in them. We clear the lot before your own things arrive, so you move into an empty house.
Rental first, purchase later is the normal route. When you move from the holding flat to the permanent house we shift furniture, boxes and appliances between the two — Quarteira to Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura to Almancil, wherever it is.
Leaving works the same way in reverse. We empty the property, take the things that are not worth shipping, donate what is usable and leave the house presentable for the agent, the buyer or the landlord.
Once the property is empty we can pressure wash the terrace and driveway and deep clean the inside, so the first night in your new Algarve home is not spent scrubbing someone else’s kitchen.

A short video of the property, the access and anything to be cleared is enough for a fixed price. No need to fly out for a site visit.
One price for the work, with VAT and disposal included, and an invoice with your NIF if you need it for the property paperwork.
